Aligned lets your team work on a deal together inside the Room, while clients see only the client-facing side. Add teammates as Room Collaborators, keep team-only content in the Internal tab, discuss the deal in Internal Notes, and mention teammates to bring them in. Clients never see the Internal tab or Internal Notes.

Teammates: Colleagues need an Aligned user in your workspace with the same business email domain as you.
Ways to work with your team in a Room
Aligned gives your team several tools for working together on a deal. Each one has its own article:
Room Collaborators: add colleagues to a Room with Edit access, or transfer Room ownership to them. See Room Collaborators: Add colleagues to your Room.
Internal tab: a team-only tab in every Room for deal notes, forecasts, and working files. See Internal tab: A team-only space in every Room.

Internal tasks: Add tasks to the Internal tab, or make a task internal, so clients do not see it.
What clients see
Clients see only the client-facing side of a Room. Clients never see:
The Internal tab or anything in it
Internal Notes in the Conversation section
The Our Team section is different: it is client-facing and shows your team to the client. Adding someone to Our Team does not make them a Room Collaborator.
Who else on your account can see the Room
Managers, Admins, and the account Owner can always see every Room in the account. Users see other people's Rooms only if an Admin or Owner turns on account-wide Room visibility. See Can other users on my account see my Rooms?
Troubleshooting & FAQ
I mentioned a teammate, but they cannot open the Room.
Mentioning a teammate in a comment does not give them access to the Room. Add them as a Room Collaborator through Share or from the Rooms page.
I added a teammate to Our Team, but they cannot edit the Room.
Adding a teammate to the Our Team section does not make them a Room Collaborator. Add them through Share or from the Rooms page.
Do Internal Notes sync to my CRM?
No, Internal Notes never sync to a CRM. They stay inside Aligned and are visible only to your internal team.
