Tag someone in a comment when you want to bring them to a specific section in the Room.
When you tag them, they receive an email notification with a link to that part of the Room.
How to tag someone in a Room
Open the Room.
Open the relevant comment thread in the section where you want to leave the comment.
Type @ and select the person you want to tag.
Write your comment.
Click Send.
What happens after you tag someone
The tagged person receives an email notification with a link to the relevant part of the Room.
They can open the Room from that email without creating an Aligned account.
Still not working?
If you can’t tag someone, make sure Comments are enabled in the Room.
If the person can’t open the Room, check the Room’s sharing permissions first.
If you want to bring someone into the Room more formally, share the Room with them before you tag them.
