Feature Summary
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Hub integration connects Aligned to Dynamics 365, allowing buyer engagement data from Aligned rooms to be pushed into Dynamics as Timeline Notes. Admins connect the integration at the account level, and room owners can link individual rooms to Dynamics Opportunities, Accounts, or Leads. When a buyer interacts with a connected room, Aligned automatically writes engagement events to the linked record's Timeline in Dynamics.
The integration is available on all Aligned plans, including Free.

Supported Engagement Events
When a room is connected to a Dynamics record, Aligned writes buyer engagement events as Notes on the record's Timeline in Dynamics. Each event type can be individually enabled or disabled in the account-level CRM settings under Modify analytics sent to CRM.
The supported events are:
Room opened — A buyer opened the room.
Room shared — A buyer shared the room.
Buyer comment — A buyer left a comment in the room.
Buyer file downloaded — A buyer downloaded a file from the room.
MAP step completed — A buyer completed a step in the Mutual Action Plan.
MAP step unchecked — A buyer unchecked a previously completed MAP step.
What Entities Can Be Connected to a Room?
Aligned supports connecting a room to three Dynamics record types:
Opportunity — The deal/pipeline record, typically managed by AEs.
Account — The company/customer record, which may have multiple opportunities.
Lead — The early-stage record, typically managed by SDRs. When a lead is qualified, it converts to an Opportunity in Dynamics.
Each room can be connected to one Dynamics record at a time.
Limitations
Aligned pushes engagement data to Dynamics but does not pull data from Dynamics (no sync of deal amount, close date, or deal stage).
Auto-creating rooms from Dynamics record creation is not supported.
Each room can be connected to one Dynamics record at a time.
AI-powered analytics features (Deal Insights, AI Highlights) are not available for Dynamics-connected accounts at this time.
