There isn’t one fixed number. Prospects and customers receive emails only when you trigger a sharing, comment, update, or task-related action in the Room.
Buyers may receive emails when:
You share the Room with them
You send a Room update notification
You comment in the Room
You @tag them in a comment or task
You click Notify assignee on a task
They have not accepted the Room invite yet and Aligned sends an invite reminder
A task becomes overdue.
What Aligned sends automatically
Aligned can automatically send:
An invite reminder if the buyer did not accept the Room invite
An overdue task email after the due date passes

Tag buyers only when you need their attention
Set due dates only when you want task reminders tied to those dates
Use Notify assignee only when you want to send a task email
Send Room update notifications only for meaningful updates
Turn off A comment was made in the Room’s Notifications settings for fewer emails
