Overview
Control which tabs buyers can see in a Room. Hiding a tab keeps it invisible to buyers while allowing your team to continue preparing content in the background.
Prerequisites & Requirements
Permissions: Room owners and internal room collaborators can hide and show tabs.
Buyers can only view tabs that are shown to them.
How to Hide a Tab
1. Open the Room.
2. Hover over the tab name.
3. Open the tab menu (⋮) and choose Hide tab.
How to Show a Tab
Open the tab menu (⋮) on the hidden tab.
Choose Show tab.
Note: Hiding a tab only affects buyers. Teammates with access still see it so you can prepare content in the background. Links already shared to hidden content will not be accessible to buyers until the tab is shown.
Common Question:
Buyers say they cannot find a tab. Check if the tab is hidden. Open the tab menu and choose Show to buyers when it's ready.
