Create an Aligned Room from HubSpot to link the Room to a specific Deal and start with pre-filled company details. Pick a template (or start from scratch), then let Aligned create the Room and attach it to the HubSpot Deal. Open the Room from HubSpot anytime from the Aligned Room area. Keep one Room per Deal to avoid duplicates.

Create a Room from HubSpot: the owner of the Deal in HubSpot

Technical Specs:
Connect HubSpot at the account level (workspace admin controls the integration settings).
The Deal must have an Associated Company (Aligned uses the Associated Company name to pre-fill the Room).
How to create a Room from HubSpot
In HubSpot, open a Deal.
Click Create Aligned Room → Open new tab in Aligned → Templates.
In the new Aligned tab, select a template or click Skip template to create a Room from scratch.
Start working in the Room or return to HubSpot.
Aligned creates the Room, links it to the HubSpot Deal, and shows it under the Aligned Room section in HubSpot.
How to update Room name and logo after creation
Open the new Room in Aligned.
Edit the Room name and logo as needed.
Aligned pulls the company name and logo from HubSpot by default, then lets you edit them in the Room.
