Embed a PandaDoc document in a Room so buyers can review and complete it where they already collaborate. Add the document as a dedicated PandaDoc section when you want a larger viewing area for long documents. Keep the document interactive inside the Room and sync progress back to PandaDoc.

How to generate a PandaDoc share link
In PandaDoc, open the document.
Click Actions → Share via link.
Click Copy link.
How to embed a PandaDoc document using the PandaDoc section (recommended for long documents)
Open the Room.
Click Add section.
Select PandaDoc.
Paste the PandaDoc share link.
Click Save.
(Optional) Add a short description so viewers know what they’re opening.
What the Buyer sees
The buyer opens the PandaDoc document inside the Room and can review the PandaDoc document.
Alternative: embed PandaDoc inside an existing section
Use this when you already built the section layout and just need to add the doc.
Open the Room.
In a section (for example, Large, Carousel, or Files & Sharing), click Add content.
Select PandaDoc.
Paste the PandaDoc share link.
Click Save.
(Optional) Add a short description.
Troubleshooting & Error States
Q: Buyer sees an access prompt in PandaDoc.
Answer: Update the document sharing in PandaDoc (Actions → Share via link), then paste the updated link into the Room.
Q: The PandaDoc document opens but buyers can’t sign or comment.
Answer: This is expected behavior. Buyers can view the PandaDoc document within Aligned, but actions such as signing or commenting must be performed directly in PandaDoc.
Q: The PandaDoc document doesn’t load.
Answer: Copy the document’s Share via link URL again and replace the link in the Room.
Security & Operations (Optional)
PandaDoc controls permissions, visibility, and the audit trail. Aligned enforces those rules inside the Room embed.
PandaDoc syncs document progress and status; keep PandaDoc as the source of truth for signed copies.
