Add Google Slides and Google Sheets to a Room so buyers can review decks and live spreadsheets without chasing links in email. Paste the public Google link into a section that supports linked or embedded content, then preview the Room before you share it. Sellers keep one live source of truth in Google. Buyers open the latest version from the Room instead of downloading outdated files.

Troubleshooting & Error States
Q: The Google Slides or Google Sheets embed doesn’t load.
Answer: Change the Google file to Anyone with the link, then paste the updated link again.
Q: I see “refused to connect” or the content won’t open in the Room.
Answer: Check the Google file’s external sharing settings and make sure the file opens from a public share link. Internal product notes flag embedding permissions as the likely cause for this issue.
Q: Which section should I use for a Google Slides deck?
Answer: Use Carousel for short decks or Links & Examples when you want a simpler link-style section.
Q: I want buyers to review the content on mobile.
Answer: Add the Google link to Mobile View. That section is designed for lighter content shown on mobile.
Pro-Tips
Use Carousel for a short buyer-facing deck and Links & Examples for spreadsheet-style resources buyers may revisit later.
Click Preview every time you replace a Google link so you catch sharing-permission issues before the buyer does.
