With Aligned’s AI Content Generator, you can transform your meeting notes, sales documents, or recorded calls into clear, structured content — built to support your deal and buyer journey.

Whether you're preparing a Business Case, Executive Summary, Proof of Concept Plan, Meeting Recap, Onboarding Plan, or Project Plan, the AI helps you create high-quality content in minutes — aligned with your buyer’s needs and your sales goals.

Note: This feature is available for Pro and Enterprise plans only.

How to use it:

Step 1: Add “AI Generated Content”

  1. Click Add Section ( ➕ Button).

  2. Choose AI Content Generator.

Select what you want to generate:

  • Business Case

  • Meeting Recap

  • Executive Summary

  • Onboarding Plan

  • Proof of Concept

  • Project Plan

Tip: Choose a format that best supports where your buyer is in the process.


Step 2: Add your sources

Upload any helpful context to personalize the output.

  • Free text – Add notes or a summary.

  • File upload (PDF) – Up to 4 files, max 10MB each.

  • From Library – Use existing files.

  • Gong recordings – Pull in up to 3 calls. This is especially powerful for capturing buyer language and key details .

✅ Pro Tip: Mixing different sources (e.g., call + deck) gives the AI a richer base for better results.


Step 3: Customize the output

Tailor the Tone, Audience, and Length:

  • Client Type: SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise

  • Audience: Executive, Director, Finance, End user

  • Length: Concise, Regular, Detailed

💡 Example: Use “Detailed” when building a robust Business Case for a CFO; choose “Concise” for a summary email.

Click Generate — your draft will be structured automatically.


Step 4: Review, Refine, and Share

Once generated:

  • Review and edit the content right in Aligned.

  • Add it directly to your Room.

  • Collaborate with your team to fine-tune details.

✅ Did you know? Any AI-generated section can be edited like any other Room content. Use comments, tasks, and files to make it even more actionable for your buyers .
