This helps sellers and managers quickly assess deal health without reviewing calls, notes, or CRM records.
This creates a single, consistent source of truth for deal context.
Note: AI Highlights focus on summarizing what’s known about the deal - not on surfacing risks or recommendations.

Requirements to See Highlights
AI Highlights require two active connections:
CRM connected at the account level
Room linked to a CRM object (Deal / Opportunity / Lead / Account…)
If either is missing, highlights will not appear and a CTA will guide you to connect.

How Highlights Are Generated
AI Highlights combine trusted data sources:
CRM: stage, amount, close date, emails, notes, call summaries
Room activity: visits, time spent, tabs viewed, comments, tasks
Rules ensure:
CRM data is the source of truth for deal metadata
Only stakeholder-side activity is used
No assumptions when data is unclear
