AI Highlights automatically generate a concise, reliable snapshot of each deal - including stage, amount, buyer intent, key stakeholders, and next steps - by aggregating CRM, Room, and Email data into a single summary.

This helps sellers and managers quickly assess deal health without reviewing calls, notes, or CRM records.

This creates a single, consistent source of truth for deal context.

Note: AI Highlights focus on summarizing what’s known about the deal - not on surfacing risks or recommendations.

Plans

This feature is only available on the Enterprise plan.

Note: No CRM connection → No highlights.

Permissions

Access follows standard Room and Analytics permissions.

All Enterprise users with access to the room can view and copy highlights.

Analytics → Overview, below CRM Insights.

Requirements to See Highlights

AI Highlights require two active connections:

  1. CRM connected at the account level

  2. Room linked to a CRM object (Deal / Opportunity / Lead / Account…)

If either is missing, highlights will not appear and a CTA will guide you to connect.

What’s Included in AI Highlights

Each summary may include (only when confidently detected):

  • Deal Close date | Stage | Amount

  • Deal summary

  • Champion (most engaged stakeholder)

  • Interested in… (client intent)

  • Competitors (up to 3)

  • Key request

  • Exec involvement (Low / Med / High)

  • Next call date

  • Current status

Fields with missing or unreliable data are hidden automatically.

How Highlights Are Generated

AI Highlights combine trusted data sources:

  • CRM: stage, amount, close date, emails, notes, call summaries

  • Room activity: visits, time spent, tabs viewed, comments, tasks

Rules ensure:

  • CRM data is the source of truth for deal metadata

  • Only stakeholder-side activity is used

  • No assumptions when data is unclear

Empty States & When Highlights Don’t Appear

Highlights are intentionally hidden when:

  • Deal is Closed Won or Closed Lost

  • Not enough data

  • Too much noisy data

  • CRM isn’t connected

  • Room isn’t linked to a CRM object

Each case shows a tailored empty state with guidance.

Mobile Support

AI Highlights are fully supported on mobile, including:

  • Readable summary

  • Copy text action

Known Limitations

  • Highlights are read-only and can’t be edited

  • Historical CRM changes may take time to reflect

  • Fields only appear when data is reliable
