AI Deal Highlights automatically generates a clear, readable snapshot of each deal by aggregating data from your CRM and Room activity.

Each summary reflects what’s actually known about the deal — including:

  • Deal stage and amount

  • Buyer intent and engagement

  • Key stakeholders

  • Next steps and open questions

The result: instant context for reps, managers, and execs — without rework.

AI Deal Highlights is available on the Enterprise plan.

  • No CRM connection = no highlights.


Permissions

  • Any Enterprise user with access to the Room can view and copy highlights

What’s Included in AI Highlights

Each summary may include (only when confidently detected):

  • Deal Close date | Stage | Amount

  • Deal summary

  • Champion (most engaged stakeholder)

  • Interested in… (client intent)

  • Competitors (up to 3)

  • Key request

  • Exec involvement (Low / Med / High)

  • Next call date

  • Current status

Fields with missing or unreliable data are hidden automatically.


How highlights are generated

AI Deal Highlights combine trusted data sources:

  • CRM data
    Stage, amount, close date, emails, notes, call summaries

  • Room activity
    Visits, time spent, tabs viewed, comments, tasks

To ensure accuracy:

  • CRM data is always the source of truth for deal metadata

  • Only stakeholder-side activity is used

  • No assumptions are made when data is unclear

When highlights won’t appear

AI Deal Highlights are intentionally hidden when:

  • The deal is Closed Won or Closed Lost

  • There isn’t enough data yet

  • The Room has too little activity

  • CRM isn’t connected

  • The Room isn’t linked to a CRM object

Each case shows a tailored empty state with guidance on what to do next.

Known limitations

  • Highlights are read-only and can’t be edited

  • Historical CRM changes may take time to reflect
