AI Assist lets your prospects ask questions inside a Room and get instant answers based on the content you’ve shared. It boosts understanding, reduces back-and-forth, and highlights what buyers still need.
What buyers can do
Ask anything: Buyers click Ask me anything in the Room and type a question (e.g., “Do you integrate with Salesforce?”).
Get sourced answers: AI Assist scans only the content in the Room and returns the best answer.
See the source: If the answer isn’t enough, buyers can open the relevant sections/documents the AI used (e.g., your Security/Legal doc) inside the room.
Seller view (what you’ll see)
Comment Center: Questions asked via AI Assist appear as entries so you can review what buyers are asking.
Analytics thread: Go to Analytics to see a full Q&A thread between the buyer and AI Assist. This helps you spot gaps, add missing info, and fine-tune your Room content.

Best practices
Keep content organized: Add FAQs, security docs, pricing overviews, and integration notes so AI can answer accurately.
Name items clearly: Use descriptive titles (e.g., “Salesforce Integration Overview”) so buyers (and AI) can find the right material.
Iterate from analytics: If you see repeated questions, add or update a section so future buyers get instant clarity.
Privacy & access
AI Assist answers are based on what’s visible to the viewer. Room permissions (Only permitted users, Require email, Password) still apply.
If a buyer can’t access a document, the AI won’t use it to answer.
Troubleshooting
Answer is vague or off: Add a clearer doc/section, or update titles and summaries. Then have the buyer ask again.
Link won’t open: Check the linked document’s access (e.g., Drive/Share settings) and ensure the viewer has permission.
No “Ask me anything” button: Confirm the Room template/visibility and that the AI feature is enabled for your account.
