What AI Deal Builder does

AI Deal Builder generates a complete Room based on:

  • Company and deal context

  • Deal type (e.g. Enterprise, QBR)

  • Your existing materials

It automatically:

  • Proposes a clear Room structure

  • Places content in the right sections

  • Sets up a workspace buyers can engage with immediately

You start with a strong default — then refine if needed.


Where to find it

  1. Go to the Rooms dashboard

  2. Click New Room

  3. Choose AI Deal Builder under Create a Room


How it works

1. Enter company name

This anchors the Room to the buyer context.

2. (Optional) Connect a CRM deal

Pulls in deal metadata to ground the workspace in real context.

3. Select deal type and deal stage

For example: Enterprise, QBR, or other deal motions.

(Deal type and stage would be imported automatically in case CRM is connected)

4. Add inputs to guide the build

You can:

  • Upload up to 15 files from your library

  • Upload up to 3 files (350MB each) from your computer

  • Add a short free-text prompt describing what the Room should focus on
    example:

    • "Create a tab named "Research" and place all "research.docx" files there".

    • "Create a text section for me to enter my notes and call it "ideation".

The builder processes these inputs and generates a structured outline.


Review and finalize the Room

Before creating the Room, you can:

  • Preview the proposed structure

  • Reorder or move sections

  • Adjust what’s included

After the Room is created

The Room is fully editable. You can:

  • Tweak copy

  • Add or remove tabs

  • Refine content over time

Tips for best results

  • Include a capabilities deck, pricing overview, security / FAQ, and 1–2 customer stories for a strong first outline

  • Use clear file names (e.g. Salesforce_Integration_Overview.pdf) so content is placed correctly

  • Don’t overthink the inputs — you can always refine after the Room is live
