If you share a Room by email, your buyer will receive an invite email with a Visit Workspace button that opens the Room directly.
What the email includes
The invite email can include:
Your name as the sender
Your buyer’s branding and Room branding
A custom subject line
A custom message
A Visit Workspace button
By default, the invite is sent from Aligned. If you connected Google Calendar, Email & Contacts, you can send it from your own email address.
What happens when the buyer clicks the email
When the buyer clicks Visit Workspace, they enter the Room directly.
They do not need an Aligned login, but they may be asked for:
A name
An email address
A password
This depends on the Room permission level you selected.
How to preview the email before you send it
Open the Room.
Click Share.
Under Share via Email, click Preview & Send.
Review the email.
Click Send.
Still not seeing the right email?
If you share the Room by link, Aligned does not send an invite email automatically.
If you want the invite to come from your own email address, connect Google Calendar, Email & Contacts first.
If the buyer cannot enter after clicking the email, check the Room permission level in Share.
