If you make the perfect room you can then templatize it!

Click on the arrow next to the title and select Save Room as Template from the drop down menu.

You can also templatize your colleagues' rooms in exactly the same way. Select their room, click on the arrow and click on Save Room as Template.

Alternatively you can click on Templates in the left hand side bar and click the +Create Template button in the top left hand corner.
