You can add any calendar scheduling software to a room.
Go to My Account at the bottom of the left hand toolbar.
Click on My Profile and fill in the Action Button Label and the Action Button Link.
Your calendar invite link will then come up automatically in every room at the bottom of the welcome message. If you do not want to share your calendar booking link from certain rooms you can delete it from the individual room. Simply click on the edit button next to your Action Button Label and delete it and save your changes.
