Tagging engages your prospects in a specific section of a room.

In order to tag a customer in a comment, click on the relevant comments section and add the “@” symbol, followed by the relevant person’s email address, and then click "enter" on your keyboard.

After you post this comment, that person will receive an email notification. With a link to the specific section in your room, with no login required.
