How do I create a next steps section?

Add the Plan Section to your room.

  • Enter the first meeting or task name.

  • Add a due date (optional)

  • Tag the relevant person who is responsible for completing the task (colleague/customer/prospect) (optional)

  • You can also click on the attachment or comment icon and add (optional):

    - relevant files/links

    - a description

    - subtasks (with their own due dates and ability to tag the relevant person)

    - comments

Once the meeting or task is complete you can mark it as done by clicking the green circle to the left of the task name.

Please note this section is a collaborative mutual-action-plan. Both sides can assign tasks, share updates, files, comments and more.
