How to assign tasks to your prospects and customers in a room

This article explains how to assign tasks with due dates to your prospect, customer or colleague in a room.

Assigning tasks helps make your prospects or customers commit to a timeline, and progress them through a deal or a process.

In the Plan section:

  • Click on the person button circled in the above image

  • Type in the relevant person's name or email address

  • Choose a due date (optional)

  • The assignee will then receive an email notification (with no need to login) directing them to that section of the room

Please note customers can and should be encouraged to set next steps too.

Once a next step is complete, you can click on the circle left of the task to mark as completed.
