Delete a template you no longer need to keep your Templates list clean and organized.
Prerequisites & Requirements
Plan: Private, Free, Basic, Pro, Enterprise (all plans)
Permissions: Every user in the account can access templates.
Template Visibility: Templates can be Personal (visible only to the creator) or Team (visible to the wider team). Admins and Owners can see all templates across the account. Users can only see their own personal templates and Team templates — other users' personal templates are not accessible.
Technical Specs: Templates exist on mobile.
How to Delete a Template
Click Templates in the left sidebar.
Find the template you want to delete.
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the template name.
Click Delete.
Note: Deleting a template is permanent and cannot be undone. If you might need the structure again in the future, consider duplicating it instead of deleting it.
