Overview
Duplicate a template when you want to create a variation of an existing structure without starting from scratch or affecting the original.
Prerequisites & Requirements
Plan: Private, Free, Basic, Pro, Enterprise (all plans)
Permissions: Every user in the account can access templates.
Template Visibility: Templates can be Personal (visible only to the creator) or Team (visible to the wider team). Admins and Owners can see all templates across the account. Users can only see their own personal templates and Team templates — other users' personal templates are not accessible.
Technical Specs: Templates exist on mobile.
How to Duplicate a Template
Click Templates in the left sidebar.
Find the template you want to duplicate.
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the template name.
Click Duplicate.
Pro-Tips
Duplicate a template before making major structural changes so you always have the original to fall back on.
