Who can use it?

  • Plans:

    • Pro and Enterprise plans - unlimited use.

    • Free and Basic - 3 generated sections added to a Room per user.

  • Mobile: Not supported. Generate on desktop.

How can I get there?

Each content type appears as its own section when you add a section:

  1. In your Room, click Add Section (+)

  2. Press the “AI sections” in the section list

  3. Pick the section you want: Business Case, Executive Summary, Meeting Recap, Proof of Concept Plan, Onboarding Plan, or Project Plan

Permissions

  • Any Room member with edit access can generate a section.

  • Once added, the generated sections behave like any other section — anyone with edit access can change them.

  • Buyers see the finished section only. They never see the generator or your sources.

How to generate a section?

Step-1: Click Add Section (+) and choose the type you want to generate.

Step-2: Add your sources in the drawer

Add a mix of source types for the strongest results — a call plus a deck beats either alone.

  • Free text — paste notes, key points, or context

  • PDF upload — up to 4 files, 10MB each

  • Library files — you can reuse PDFs already in your Content Library

  • Gong recordings — up to 3 calls per generation

Step-3: Set Client Type and Length

  • Client Type — SMB, Mid-Market, or Enterprise. Default: Mid-Market.

  • Length — Concise, Regular, or Detailed. Default: Regular.

One option per category.

Example: Choose Detailed for a business case going to a CFO; Concise for something a buyer will skim.

Step-4: Generate

  • Click Generate and wait for the draft.

  • Review the draft in the drawer and click Refine to adjust it.

  • Once you’re done, click “Add to room” and the content will appear in its new dedicated section.

After you add it to the Room

  • The section is fully editable, like any other Room section

  • It's no longer connected to the generator — to regenerate, create a new section

  • You can comment on it, attach tasks and files, and include it in a Template for future deals

Good to know

  • Refreshing or duplicating the page closes the drawer, and your progress isn't saved.

  • You can generate from multiple browser tabs at once — each creates its own section.

  • Next Steps sections arrive with stage names and steps only. Add assignees and due dates in the Room.

  • Editing the generated section happens in the Room, not in the drawer, once the section is added.

Tips

  • Combine multiple input types for richer output.

  • Match Length to who's reading — execs skim, champions read

  • Save a strong output as a Template so the next rep starts from your best version
