1. Keep your room very basic at first
Include minimal content and information at the beginning of the sales process. For example after the first demo include a welcome message, demo recording and one deck.
2. Hide Section
Hide sections from your prospects that you will use later on in the sales process (press the eye button at the top right hand of each section).
When ready, you can unhide these sections by pressing the eye button again.
3. Introduce the Next Steps section at a later stage
Wait until the deal / customer life cycle has progressed
