Overview
Create a template from a Room so you can reuse the same structure for future deals, onboarding, or partner motions. Save your Room as a template from the Room title menu, or create a new template from the Templates area. Keep templates in one place so teammates can reuse what works across the account.
Prerequisites & Requirements
Plan: Private, Free, Basic, Pro, Enterprise (all plans)
Permissions: Every user in the account can access templates.
Technical Specs: Templates exist on mobile.
How to save your Room as a template
Open the Room you want to templatize.
Click the arrow next to the Room title.
Click Save Room as Template.
OR
Open main dashboard -> Rooms table.
Click the sushi menu for the relevant room.
Click Save as Template.
How to save a teammate’s Room as a template
Open your teammate’s Room.
Click the arrow next to the Room title.
Click Save Room as Template.
How to create a template from the Templates area
Click Templates in the left sidebar.
Click + Create Room Template (top right).

You need to go to the Templates tab in the left sidebar, then click + Create Room Template.
