Can I upgrade my subscription individually?

No. If you are part of a team account, subscription changes apply at the account level, not just to one user.

What this means

  • An upgrade affects the whole account

  • Other team members move to the updated plan too

  • Only Admins and Owners can upgrade the account

What to do if you want to upgrade

  1. Check whether you are an Admin or Owner.

  2. If you are, update the plan from your account billing flow.

  3. If you are not, ask an Admin or Owner to make the change.

  4. If you need help, contact Aligned support.

If you are in a team account and want a higher plan only for yourself, reach out to support first. Plan changes are applied to the full account, not to one individual user.
