Overview
Creating multiple Rooms at once from a template isn’t supported at the moment. Rooms need to be created one at a time, either from scratch or from a template.
Prerequisites & Requirements
Plan: All plans.
Permissions: Every user in the account can access templates and create Rooms.
Technical Specs: Rooms can only be created one at a time. Bulk creation is not available yet.
How to Create a Room from a Template
Go to your Aligned homepage.
Click All Templates (top right), or click Templates in the left sidebar.
Choose Team Templates or Aligned Templates.
Select the template you want.
Click + Use Template.
Follow the steps to create your Room.
Repeat these steps for each Room you need.
Troubleshooting & Common Questions
Can I create several Rooms from the same template at once?
Not at the moment. Each Room needs to be created one at a time using + Use Template.
Can I create a Room from scratch instead?
Yes. You can create a Room from scratch or from a template, but both options create one Room at a time.
I can’t find my template.
Type the template name in the Search templates box, or filter by template owner in the Templates area.

Save time by building one great template first, so every new Room starts with the right tabs and sections.
If you create Rooms often, you can use Zapier to automatically create a Room from a template when something happens in your CRM (for example, when a deal moves to “Onboarding”). See Zapier Use Cases with Aligned.
