Permissions: Room owners and Admins and above can rename a Room.
How to Rename a Room
Open the Room.
Click on the Room name at the top of the page.
3.Type the new name.
4. Press Enter or click outside the field to save.
The new name is saved automatically and is immediately visible to buyers.
Best Practices
Use the company name or deal name so your team can identify the Room quickly.
Keep it short and clear — buyers see the Room name when they open the link.
Rename the Room right after creation if it was auto-filled from HubSpot or a template.
