Can I edit a Room after it's been shared?

Yes — you can continue editing your Room after it has been shared with a buyer. Any changes you make are reflected in the Room immediately, so buyers always see the most up-to-date version.

What You Can Edit After Sharing

You can make the following changes to a shared Room at any time:

Add, edit, or delete sections
Add, rename, reorder, hide, or delete tabs
Update content in any section (text, files, videos, links)
Add or remove stakeholders
Update the Room name and logo

What Buyers See

Changes are live immediately — there is no need to re-share the Room after editing.
Buyers will see the updated content the next time they open the Room.
If you hide a tab or section, buyers lose access to it straight away.

Note: Buyers can't change the Room's structure, but they can edit text, upload files, update the Plan, share the Room and tag people — depending on the Room's sharing permission level.

Stage content privately. Hide a tab or section while you're working on it, then show it to buyers when it's ready.
