Yes — you can continue editing your Room after it has been shared with a buyer. Any changes you make are reflected in the Room immediately, so buyers always see the most up-to-date version.
What You Can Edit After Sharing
You can make the following changes to a shared Room at any time:
Add, edit, or delete sections
Add, rename, reorder, hide, or delete tabs
Update content in any section (text, files, videos, links)
Add or remove stakeholders
Update the Room name and logo
What Buyers See
Changes are live immediately — there is no need to re-share the Room after editing.
Buyers will see the updated content the next time they open the Room.
If you hide a tab or section, buyers lose access to it straight away.
Note: Buyers cannot edit the Room. They can only view content and leave comments.
Best Practices
Stage content privately. Hide a tab or section while you're working on it, then show it to buyers when it's ready.
Let buyers know when you update. Use the Room notification feature to send buyers an update when new content is available.
Review before sharing. Do a final check before sharing the Room link to avoid buyers seeing incomplete content.
