Add Seismic content to your Aligned Room so buyers can view your sales assets without leaving the Room. Paste the Seismic link into a section that supports embedded content, give it a title, and save it. Use Large when the content is a primary asset, Carousel when it sits with other buyer-facing content, or Links & Examples when it is one item in a broader resource list. Aligned also lets you save the embedded content to the Library while you add it, so you can reuse it later in other Rooms.

How to add Seismic content to a Room
Open the Room.
Add a section or open the section where you want the content to appear.
Click the Seismic widget.
Paste the Seismic shareable link.
Enter a name for the content.
(Optional) Add a description.
Review the thumbnail — Aligned automatically fetches it from Seismic, or upload a custom image.
Choose whether to also add the content to the Library.
Click Save.
What the Buyer sees
The buyer sees the Seismic content as a professional card with a thumbnail preview.
The buyer clicks the card to open the content in a new tab.
Clicks are tracked as views in your analytics.
Which section should you use for Seismic content?
Choose the section based on how central the content is in the Room:
Large for primary sales assets (decks, competitive intel, battle cards)
Carousel when the content appears alongside other assets
Links & Examples when the content is part of a broader list of resources
How to get the right Seismic link
In Seismic, find the content you want to share.
Click Share.
Select Link.
Leave Recipients empty (this makes it shareable to anyone with the link).
Optional: Set password protection or expiration date if needed.
Copy the shareable link.
Paste it into Aligned.
How to reuse Seismic content from the Library
Save the Seismic content to the Library when you add it.
Open another Room.
Add or open a section that supports embedded content.
Select the Seismic asset from the Library.
How to update Seismic content
Click the Seismic card in your Room.
Click Edit.
Update the name, description, or thumbnail.
Click Save.
Note: If the content is from your Library, changes sync to all Rooms using that asset.

Answer: Your Seismic link may have specific recipients assigned. Go back to Seismic, click Share, select Link, leave Recipients empty, and copy the updated link into Aligned.

Answer: Aligned couldn't fetch the thumbnail from your link, so it's showing the Seismic logo as a placeholder. The link still works for buyers. If you want a custom thumbnail, click Edit and upload an image.

Answer: As long as the link stays the same, Aligned will show the updated content from Seismic. However, the thumbnail won't update automatically. You can manually refresh the thumbnail by clicking Edit and re-fetching it.

Put key Seismic assets near the top of the Room to guide buyers through your pitch.
Save frequently used Seismic content to the Library so you don't paste the same link into every Room.
Update thumbnails to keep your Room visually fresh if content changes in Seismic.
Test your Seismic links before sending the Room to buyers to ensure they're publicly accessible (no specific recipients).
