Aligned offers four plans to suit teams of every size — from individual sellers just getting started, to large enterprise sales organizations looking for advanced AI and CRM capabilities. All plans come with a free trial so you can explore before you commit.

Aligned offers two billing options: Monthly and Annual.

Annual billing saves you 18% compared to paying month-to-month.

💡 Annual billing is charged upfront for the full year. Changes to seat count or plan on an annual plan take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Starter — Free

The Starter plan is completely free and gives individuals or small teams a way to get started with digital sales rooms. Great for testing the platform before upgrading.

Basic

The Basic plan includes everything in Starter, plus tools to manage unlimited content and tasks at scale.

• Content Management System — organize and manage your content library

Pro

The Pro plan includes everything in Basic, plus powerful AI tools and key third-party integrations to supercharge your sales process.

Billing & Seats — What You Need to Know

What is a seat?

A seat represents each internal user (team member) you invite to your Aligned account. Billing is calculated based on your seat count, not the number of active users. If you have 10 seats but only 7 users are active, you are still billed for 10 seats.

💡 To avoid being overbilled, make sure to reduce your seat count if users leave your team.

Monthly vs Annual Billing

Monthly billing gives you flexibility to change plans or seats at any time. Annual billing locks in a lower rate (18% savings) and is billed upfront for the full year.

• Monthly: Cancel or change anytime

• Annual: Billed once for the year — changes to seats or plans take effect at the next billing cycle

Can I change my plan?

Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades and seat reductions on annual plans typically take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, not mid-cycle.

Adding or Removing Seats

You can add seats at any time from My Account > Settings > Members. Removing seats on an annual plan will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What is the Startup Plan?

The Startup Plan is a special offering designed for companies with fewer than 20 employees. It gives growing teams access to Aligned's full feature set at a more accessible price point. Contact our sales team to learn more.


Frequently Asked Questions

What is a room?

A room is a dedicated AI workspace you create for a specific client, deal, or project. It acts as a shared hub where you can share content, assign action items, track engagement, and collaborate with your prospects or customers in one place.

Is there a free trial?

We don't offer a traditional free trial — instead, we have a free Starter plan that gives you unlimited access to Aligned's core features with no time limit and no credit card required. This includes up to 4 rooms per seat, room analytics, personal domain, and secured room share. You can upgrade to a paid plan whenever you're ready.

Can I add team members without using a seat?

Adding someone to the Team section in your account does not use a seat. You only use a seat when you invite them as an internal member to your paid account.

What happens if I delete a room?

Deleted rooms are permanently removed from the system and cannot be restored. We strongly recommend archiving rooms instead of deleting them. Archived rooms can be restored at any time.

Do you offer live demos or training?

For Starter, Basic, and Pro users, onboarding is self-serve. Our Help Center has a wide range of articles, guides, and tutorials to help you get started. Enterprise customers receive a dedicated guided walkthrough and employee training sessions with a Customer Success Manager.

Where can I find my invoices?

You can download your invoices directly from the Billing page in your account settings (My Account > Billing). Invoice emails are sent to the billing email address set on your account.
