Prevent downloads (view-only)
Open your Room → Edit.
Add a Large or Carousel section.
Upload the file (or paste a link/embed).
Save.
Result: Visitors can preview the content inline; no download button is shown in Room.
Tip: Large is great for a single, prominent preview; Carousel is best when showcasing several items.
Important: If you embed/link to a third-party source (e.g., Google Drive/OneDrive), that external page may still allow downloading. To fully control access, upload the file to Aligned instead of linking.
Allow downloads
Open your Room → Edit.
Add a Files & Examples or File Sharing section.
Upload the file(s).
Save.
Result: A download option appears so visitors can save the file.
Note
By choosing the right section type, you fully control whether a file is downloadable or view-only in Aligned.
