This feature allows you to temporarily store rooms that are no longer in active use, decluttering your main workspace.
What Happens When a Room is Archived?
Visibility: Archived rooms are hidden from the main room list, preventing clutter and distractions.
Access: Only the room owner can unarchive a room.
Shared Users: Prospects and other users who had access to the archived room will no longer be able to enter. They will see a message indicating the room is archived and to contact the room owner.
Important: The room owner still gets an email when someone tried to enter an archived room
