Configuration and settings
Aligned AI configuration is available at the account level, with only users at the admin level and above having the capability to set up AI features for all users. Once configured, sellers within the account can enable AI capabilities at the room level.
1. How to enable Aligned AI at account level?
To enable AI in the account settings, navigate to Account Settings -> AI Settings -> Enable AI Assist toggle.
**Note that changes to these settings will affect existing rooms.
After enabling AI Assist in the account settings, you'll have access to the following options:
AI Assist Usage: Monitor the number of responses your company has used out of all provided responses.

To activate AI Assist within a room, go to Room Settings -> Permissions -> Enable AI Assist.
Note: Prior to enabling AI Assist, ensure that the comments feature is activated in the room. Additionally, only the room owner has control over AI Assist settings.

Once AI is enabled in the settings, follow these steps:
Go to the chatbot within the Room.
Click on "Hide in Room" or "Show in Room" buttons, to toggle the visibility of the chat from your clients.

AI Assist
1. Ask AI Assist
Your clients can ask the specific questions about your offerings, such as pricing details, product information, or NDA, helping them better understand the services you provide.
How it works?
Scanning Room: The AI Assist scans through the text content of each room, including section names, file names, comments, and tasks. It then generates responses based on the scanned information.
Scanning General Prompt: Additionally, the AI may draw insights from a general content storage provided by your company. This ensures that buyers receive comprehensive responses, even if specific information is not readily available within the room (more about this later in the guide).
2. Navigate in the Room
The AI Assist simplifies navigation within your rooms by suggesting relevant sections based on user queries.
Relevant sections will appear at the end of each answer, allowing customers to directly reach the relevant topic in the Room.
3. Ask Room owner
At the end of each answer, there will be a button labeled "Ask Room owner" that allows buyers to send their questions directly to you.
This notifies you that a buyer has asked a question while the questions will be housed in a dedicated thread within the comments center.
AI Analytics
1. Analytics timeline
The conversations your clients have with the AI Assist will appear in the analytics timeline labeled as "AI Assisted."
To access it, navigate to the Room's analytics → timeline → activity log, and select "AI assisted” visits. Clicking on these visits will open the interactions of the visitor on that day, including conversations with the AI.
Additionally, you can filter conversations to focus specifically on clients assisted by the AI.
2. AI insights
With the AI insights you can gain access to an executive summary of key insights regarding the Room's activity.
Go to Room’s analytics → AI insight tab.
The summary includes details such as:
Room creation date
Total visitors
Total views
Total visit duration
Visitor interactions
Additionally, you can identify peak days in the room, along with a breakdown of key stakeholders involved.
