Self-serve and Paying customers

The onboarding process on Aligned is very quick.

You will be asked to fill in a few details about your company (if you are the first person in your company using Aligned) and your role.

You will then be led through a short explanation of how to use Aligned. This entire process takes under 5 minutes.

You can then begin creating and sharing rooms immediately.

You can reach out for support in the chat button (bottom right hand corner of Aligned platform) for assistance.

Customers on Aligned's Enterprise Package

For Customers on our Enterprise package you will have a dedicated CSM who will lead your onboarding process. Onboarding is quick and all your sessions will be done in 2 weeks (depending on scheduling opportunities.) After your first training session you will be ready to start creating rooms and sharing them with customers.

You will then have a second group training session where you will learn about further features and be able to come with questions. You can then have a 1:1 training session to go over the Aligned platform and ask further questions/advice.
