You’ll enter a few company and role details, go through a short product walkthrough, and then you can start creating and sharing Rooms right away.
For Enterprise customers, onboarding is guided by a dedicated CSM and is typically completed within 2 weeks, depending on scheduling.
Self-serve and paying customers
You can usually start using Aligned in just a few minutes:
Enter your company details and role.
Complete the short onboarding flow.
Start creating and sharing Rooms.
If you need help, use the chat button (AI Client Assist) in the bottom-right corner of the platform.
Enterprise customers
Enterprise onboarding is guided by a dedicated CSM.
The onboarding process is usually completed within 2 weeks, depending on scheduling.
After your first training session, you can already start creating Rooms and sharing them with customers.
